Use OUR in the service charge column when the wire transfer is made from the foreign countries. Otherwise, if the service charge is to be beared by the ACEEE, add 5% of the total amount transferred.

Payment subject/reference should be mentioned on all the payments, in order to credit it towards your requirement. If the Membership fee is send, then the Payment subject is “Membership+Your Name”; If the donation is send, then the Payment subject is “Donation”. If the registration fee is send, for a particular paper in a conference, then the Payment subject/reference format is “Conference ID + Paper ID” and for the journal it is “Journal ID + Paper ID”.
